    In 1977 , Mrs.Ladawan Mojdara (ex-president) has started career training programs for outreach women and girl at Pattaya. 
    Later, Mrs.Kamala Nuchpan (ex-community service chairwomen) and Mrs. Tulip George ( ex-general secretary) rent 2 floor-house (locate at pattaya Sai 2 road) and start needle, cook, Handicraft training program at first floor and have a church on second floor
